Whole wheat malted milk sourdough (with added vital wheat gluten and soaked rolled oats for moisture) is in my breadmaker RIGHT NOW!
It is my favorite breadmaker concoction.
The ginger beer thing sounds excellent, though creating carbonated beverages in my own home always sounds daunting and dangerous. But I witnessed the great exploding boiling coconut cream incident of 1997, so I suppose I should be inured to danger.
