I'm still working on my Metatropolis III: Green Space story, with the Dylan Thomas-derived title "Green and Dying." I've discovered that the standing desk is great for everything except actually writing fiction; apparently I need to be able to turn my body off for that and live completely in my head. (Although I do some of my best thinking while running, walking, or washing dishes. Or driving. Alpha states; great for creativity.)

Today's tea is Republic of Tea's Vanilla Almond, a sentimental favorite from before I'd had very much really good tea. And the teacup is a Think Geek caffeine molecule mug. I guess it probably should have been my limited edition Shadow Unit "I hate you. Where's my coffee?" mug, but I planned badly.

Yes, I am still sniffing Shattered Pillars three times a day. ZOMG it's REAL REAL BOOK. REAL.

So pretty.

Now to take the dog out for a nice easy jog.

One week to race day, four days to book day. Busy week!

Comments

I've lost track, and the book descriptions are a little vague on this point: which volume is the start of Season 4?

---L.
The volumes do not correspond exactly to the seasons. Shadow Unit Volume 11 is the one you want, however. Season 4 started halfway through it.
That would explain my confusion. Got it.

Hope to see you Wednesday at NE Mobile Book Fair!
Yes!
I have the exact same mousepad.
*fist bump*

13!

Yay!

Picks up tablet.

Downloads.

Suspect it will be a late night tonight reading!!

Thanks for the e-books, they have made catching up with SU so much easier for lazy folk like me :-)

Re: 13!

thank you for reading!
How many Shadow Unit e-books will there be, anyway? If you have an idea.
I'm guessing two more?

THIS IS THE BEST NEWS I HAVE HEARD ALL MONTH.

For some reason we were speculating that #13 was the last. SO excited that there will be another after, possibly even two!

Thank you!
We still have to write the end! Four more episodes, I think, and I suspect one of them will be LONG.

(Glad you like it. *g*)
One of those stories got at least one Hugo nominating vote....
Woot!
Actually, apropos of very little else in this, thank you for reminding me of Republic of Tea. I've been trying to track down their Blackberry Sage, which was my staple at my last workplace. Someone brought it in as a generic office gift; I think nobody else ever got around to trying it (S mostly drank coffee and I think J was a Red Rose traditionalist though she may have graduated to basic green tea), but I fell for it pretty hard. But I could not remember the company name when I wasn't looking at the tin.

Between this and the really nice looking things at Upton, I am going to succumb to the need to buy tea online one of these days. I'd just better finish at least some of the current flavours first.
