Our bodies do teach us humility in so many ways - this is what I needed to read today as my body is aching and creaking. Disabled w. arthritis and Fibromyalgia, I stretch and move muscles to keep on living life despite chronic pain and chronic fatigue. To paraphrase a Confuscious quote, it doesn't matter how slow I go as long as I don't stop. Days when I'm snailing along bc of various issues, as long as I can keep moving I see them as good days.
