Oh, she forgot my personal favorite: the wankers too cheap to put postage on their letters, and try to rip off the Post Office by using the destination address as the return address and refusing to put postage on the letter. They assume that the Post Office will then mail their letters for free, not considering that most of these are thrown out or further "misplaced".
