Yay! A sensible decision is reached!

So Dell has changed their minds, after 2005's Campbell rules change/reconsideration, and apparently the people who lost their eligibity getting a clock-reset. So if you were eligible under the new rules in 2005, as I understand it, you are still eligible, in your second year.

Which means, of course, that truepenny is eligible again, in her second year.
