  • Music: the hushed stillness of a late summer day
2313 words this morning, to complete two scenes and bring about a Horrific Realization. Pretty darned good, if I say so myself. I have about 9K on "Wind-Up Boogeyman" now, and it feels like the plot and the mystery are starting to chug along. And I'm still having fun writing it, which is really a nice change.

I feel like me again. Amazing what happens when you stop taking the crazy pills.

Brain chemistry: it's really troubling how easy it is to knock yourself out of whack and start feeling like a whole different person.

To-do for the rest of today:

Fill out and mail tax form
Eat something besides eggplant
Record thingy for Audible
