TMI for breakfast.

Oof. No cereal for me today. That milk had turned.

The good news is, both my nose and my gag reflex apparently work just fine this morning.

I always sniff the milk before I use it.. even if I just opened a new bottle. Never know...
BLARGH. I've done that before. Yuck, yuck, yuck. And it's even worse with turned soymilk.
Sorry to hear about your cereal-less condition.

(My boyfriend has to dump our milk when that happens. I have a gag reflex that bucks like a bronco. I pretty much have to run to the opposite side of the house and dry heave until my olfactories and esophagus calm down.)
That makes me feel so much better about mine.

Though mine is also far more sight-triggered than scent-triggered. ::shrug::
Went through the same thing about a week ago -- sending empathy. Was one spoonful into the bowl, had to go toss cereal and milk out over the berm, as it can't go in the septic system or the compost, and we had made a dump run too recently for me to feel like I wanted it in the trashcans.
Oh, I didn't put it in my mouth. I just took the lid off the jug. *g* As I said, the nose works.
Pigweed et al are in fine fettle around here, so my nose knows not. :(

I always sniff the milk before I use it. At work, I check the milk that I buy from the cafeteria before I drink it, even if the date isn't up, cus there've been a few times that kids have gone to drink their milk and it's been chunky. And it was still "good" according to the date. *shudder*

Of course, I also have a tendency to sniff my food if it's a dish I've never eaten before. Yeah, I'm weird. But you knew that! *lol*
Oh, ig, you poor thing. >____< That'll wreck your appetite for a while.
Gah. Makes *me* gag just thinking about it... Groooooooooooossssssssssssssssss.
