I almost didn't go climbing today, but I'm really glad I did, as I had a pretty awesome climbing night. No new routes, but I sent a 5.5, an unrated (and challenging) route on the slab, the 5.8 and the 5.9 again, and did better on all of them except the 5.9, but I might have figured out a way to do it smoothly.
My anaerobic capacity and recovery are really improving. Not only can I keep pushing longer, but I get it back fast when I have to take a break. That makes me amazingly happy.
