2/10: 22 min running; 3 min walking; 20 min yoga
2/9: 40 min running; 20 min walking
2/8: 1 hour climbing; 1 hour belaying; 20 minutes yoga
2/7: rest day
2/6: 22 min running; 3 min walking;
2/5: 60 minutes yoga (strenuous)
