It's delicious! Crab scampi, more or less. *g*

Whew! I need a cigarette...
Your dinner, I approve of it.

ETA: It also inspired me to cook something for myself, instead of just boiling water for instant soup. That is a very good thing.

Pasta with garlic lemon butter or alfredo sauce is insanely quick and easy, BTW. And so good.
Very nice looking.

(The Londoner in me has to say it's the "bells of St Clement's".)
You are, of course, correct. but that doesn't rhyme properly!
Hmm... nope, can't get past the, "OHNOES! The scary claws are attacking the pasta!"

Not a lot of seafood in my background, all told.

(also: are those sun-dried tomatoes? *attempts to reconcile with flavor profile)
I'm so sorry for you.
Oh,a crab!!! But what else?
Bear! I had no idea. You don't have to go dumpster diving. Email me your address and I'll send you money for food!
Oh, you WISH your dinner tasted this good. *g*
I was thinking about Chaz, but there's not enough calories for effort in this to get him through to a snack.
Mine was white corn, artichokes, ham, and fresh tarragon with cream and parmiagianno regianno(spelling?), over lemon pepper pappardelle. It was delightful.

Yours looks fab.

How much work is Dungeness crab? I'm not sure I've ever had it in the shell, and it looks awfully small compared to snow crab or king crab.
*drool* I love Dungeness crab. Love love love.

A friend came over, and we had salad; salmon cooked with white wine, lime, and ginger; pasta with olive oil, basil, garlic, asiago cheese, and pine nuts; and broccoli rabe. And not-key lime pie (but extra lime zest; it was tasty); she took home some of the rhubarb cobbler.

I am sooooo full...
Oo. I'll be right over to help with those leftovers. *g*
My first thoughts on hearing about a Dungeness crab are a) it's an awful long way from home and b) possibly radioactive! :)
I did not appear to glow in the dark last night. So that was good.
