I made baguettes! I am very proud of myself! Especially the part where I got to pour the boiling water into the 550-degree oven.
The crumb isn't as open as I'd like--I think I need to boost my sourdough with more yeast next time, or maybe just feed it and put it in a warm place for longer. But they are delicious nonetheless.
In other news, this mother-loving computer is still monday-to-friday slow, and I think I'm going to go practice guitar or something else that does not involve a 45-minute fight to upload some photos.
