Up v. late last night--we were descended upon by cheerful hordes, including creed_of_hubris, and spent a bunchamo time talking about poker, bookwriting, movies, television shows, and telling tales out of school. At 8 pm it was discovered that none of us had eaten, and chili was hastily assembled and consumed with much prejudice.

Ah, the good life.

tragic_glass has decided that he really wishes he lives in the alternate universe I postulated to him last week: the one where Robert Vaughn became President, and Ronald Reagan made Black Moon Rising.

I'm reminded of the Q&A session with Bruce Campbell I attended a few years back, where an audience member asked him, "Do you regret any of the movies you have made?" and Campbell answered, "No. I feel I had valid artistic reasons for all of the choices I've made, whether the reason was "I really need a new water heater," or something else."

Boy, that was a bad movie. And it could only have been worse with, say, Ronald Reagan in it.

I hope it was a nice water heater, at least.

In other news, I'm going to go wash my hair and see if I can figure out what a technomantic ritual looks like.
