So I didn't accomplish much today, except the grocery shopping is done, and I read a couple of short novels. And I made bouillabaisse.

And as bouillabaisse is wont to do, it expanded. I think I will be eating this particular pot of fish soup for a long, long time. Send reinforcements, please. I have Russian rye to go with it.

It's a recipe I developed out of the Boston Cooking School Cookbook, and it involves a lot of leeks and whatever fish is cheap. It smells like it came out right. Of course, I don't get to eat it tonight, because we're taking Ed to dinner tonight. But I wil leat it for dinner tomorrow while the boy is out, and I will eat it all week long.

Well actually, I was asking just because I wanted to know more about it. Is it a magazine? Anthology?
Since your soup seems to increase, have you thought about freezing portions to eat at later dates rather than all during the week?
It's never as good once you freeze it, alas
