I wish I could figure out the plot twist in the pony express story so I could finish the damned thing. Oh, wait, I just did. Pity it wants to be a novelette. *sigh* Anyway, I'm working on that instead of on Worldwired today. Bad Bear, I know, but the scene I need to write next won't quite resolve in my head.

I'm wearing my contact lenses for the first time in a dog's age, because I want to wear sunglasses when I go get the boy. They feel weird, and my focus is all off. Bad eyes! Bad! In good news though, it might be cool enough to go for a walk tonight.

sartorias is interesting about POV over here

In another question, does anybody out there know if the Kawasaki Concours has a gasoline gauge on the instrument panel, or is it a thump-the-tank-and-guess model? Also, does it have a reserve tank, and if so, how big is it?

I don't have one handy to check. *g*

Ask these guys: http://www.concours.org/
I know about those guys, but I was hoping to sneak by without asking idiot questions on a public board.

As opposed to here in my own livejournal, where I am perfectly comfortable being perceived as an idiot!
Oh... sartorias! I'm so glad she has a livejournal, and so glad you pointed her out. I love her work.
All just part of the service, ma'am.

Have you noticed how many writers have livejournals? Sometimes it seems like all of us!
Gee... writers... writing... about writing...

No, I just don't get it. And, I mean, it's not like writers in the past used to write letters or diaries or anything, so it's...

Ok, I'll stop now. :)

A Concourse does have a gas gauge and a reserve tank. Reserve probably holds 1-1.5 gallons (online specs don't seem to say).

For some reason, comments to your journal show up on my screen as one word per line. Very strange.
