Got another four pages, and I figured out a big chunk of how the book ends while I was blind and squinting in the dark like an eye-dilated mole person. I'm on page 178, and I have important plot bits, external action, and character development.

Also, my self-screwing protag has gone and screwed herself again. Recklessness is a very handy character trait in protagonists, by the way.
