Reason for stopping: quota.
Mammalian Assistance: I am unloved by all

I'm neurotic about Worldwired today because none of my first readers have gotten back to me yet on whether it works or not, and it's a major tone shift from Hammered (Scardown falls kind of in the middle, as it was intended too--the books sort of widen focus as they go along), and the ending is very different from the ending of Scardown. Kind of understated. So I fret and rock until somebody tells me how I broke it, and I can try to figure out how to salvage it when I go back through. *g*
Fortunately, I have my friends to encourage me:
[22:03] matociquala: It's a different kind of a climax and denoument.
[22:03] matociquala: Ehn. It's probably all ass
[22:03] katallen: ::eyes Bear::
[22:03] matociquala: Everybody will hate it.
[22:03] katallen: bah
[22:03] matociquala: They will. You watch and see. *g*
[22:04] matociquala: Anne will reject it and I'll starve.
[22:05] katallen: probably the worst that can happen is an editorial letter that starts you on your road to alcohol and drug abuse :)
And so, like Pepys, to bed.
