Hartford A Hellish Battleground In Sci-Fi Future
State Native's Debut Novel Takes On Geopolitics, Military-Industrial Complex

December 27, 2004
By CAROLE GOLDBERG, Courant Staff Writer

Hammered Hartford Courant Review of Hammered, Login Required. probably has a login, if you're shy.

The book moves at warp speed, with terse 'n' tough dialogue laced with irony, larger-than-life characters and the intrigue of a 3-D chess match. It's a sharp critique of the military-industrial complex and geopolitics - with our normally nice neighbors to the north as the villains, to boot.

Short form: she really liked it.
