BPAL: Sin

BPAL Description:

Thouroughly corrupted: amber, sandalwood, black patchouli and cinnamon.

My Notes:

Vial: patchouli, a little cinnamon

Wet: cinnamon! and an underlying sweetness emerges--the amber, I think. The sandalwood stands out a little, too. Nice.

Drydown: The patchouli dries off my wrists almost immediately, but lingers in the cleavage. This is complex, and I like it, despite my general dislike of patchouli. It's turning into amber and sandalwood with a hint of cinnamon, though, and that's all good.

Dry: sandalwood and amber, mostly. A little patchouli stil llingers under the shirt. I want this to have a little more bottom, I think--it's topheavy. But nice. And still evolving.

In other news, Amazon appears to only have five copies of Hammered left. Frontlist does drive backlist. Huh. Whaddaya know?

Comments

Frontlist does drive backlist.

So what does this mean to the uninitiated?
It means that when a new book comes out, sales of older books ("backlist") tend to rise.
I got that with "The Hidden Family" -- hardcover comes out, the paperback sales of "The Family Trade" go WHEEEE.

This is a Good Thing, of course :)
heck yah
Aha! Thank you! I am enlightened.
I got SCARDOWN yesterday. It's taunting me because I can't read it until I finish a whole pile of other stuff. And it's pink.
WORLDWIRED is greeeeen. Preppiest syberpunk trilogy on the block.
see, now THAT is unfair.
Hee. Go, your guerilla-ness!
