BPAL: Shadow

BPAL Description:

A subtly menacing blend of lemon verbena, white sandalwood and cedar, dimmed by droplets of the darkest patchouli.

My Notes:

Vial:  cedar and patchouli. It smells like musk candy soaked in pine-sol. Not promising.

Wet:  Well, it's... woodsy.

Drydown:  Cedar chest, fading fast.

Dry:  Faint traces of Pine-sol.

At least you'll know it's CLEAN musk candy, and that's what counts in the musk candy world. I'd hate to think I had a batch of musty musk candy.

And, veering merrily away from BPAL for a moment -- the pretty word meter doesn't work anymore! Wordcounting will never be as much fun. *pets broken link*
Alas. Bye Bye, wordcounter!
I liked Shadow. I didn't get anthing musky--the lemon verbena went fast, replaced by cedar with a patchouli undertone. It lingered pretty well on me, too.

It's so wacky.
Isn't it? It's amazing how variable this is.
