So, somebody over on James Nicoll's blog is trotting out the old chestnut that there are no published SFF writers under 35.

So, yanno, if you happen to be under forty or so, and have sold a short story or a novel to a paying market, you could go check in. I listed a few people, off the top of my head, but I know I forgot Scott and Cherie and Hannah and Brett and Tim and Toby....

In fact, I think I'll go mention them now.
